First off I'd like to say, how beautiful this looks and how cool your OC looks with hair. ^^
Anyway, for vision the picture is quite clear. I can see how well the shading and the light contrast with each other. The facial expression shows a lot of emotion, like curiosity and wonder as it looks into the flame.
For originality, it's not too cliche. I know I've seen people do kinda of the same thing like this but I find yours quite unique. It's got a really detailed background which makes you OC stand out a bit with the light of the fire and the stars
As for technique, this picture is heavenly and perfectly detailed. i can see how you did the shading, the coloring, and how beautiful the brush strokes are in this.
As for impact, I think it brings an upbeat impact mainly because of the wonder a fire can be.
